8-11-11 Miss America Teresa Scanlon...Wow!!
Today I had the priviledge of visiting PSE&G Children's Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick with Miss America, Teresa Scanlon! She is amazing and when you meet her it is obvious why she won the national crown! This hospital is an amazing place and the Children's Miracle Network does such wonderful things!

We had so much fun with Sean and Sue at WOBM! Junie did a great job spreading the word about the new site and they even let me sing on the radio again! Junie is one of my favorite people in the whole world!
7-14-11 Miss NJ and Me! PSE&G Childrens Specialized Hospital New Brunswick
Wow! What an incedible place! I took a tour today of CSH New Brunswick with Miss New Jersey 2011! We were able to visit children of all ages that were being helped by Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals. Today was one of my favorite days this year!

7-22-11 CSH Blue Claws Game
Tonight was Childrens Specialized Hospitals night at the Lakewood Blue Claws Game! It was the perfect celebration because there were so many families from the hospital there and so many volunteers helping to run our stand. This was really a great way to thank everyone for their hard work all year!
7-22-11 Childrens Specialized Hospital Lakehurst Rd Ribbon Cutting
Today was the ribbon cutting for the new site on Lakehurst Road. It is really an amazing place and so many more children will be able to recieve therapy now! It was really special because I saw so many peple that I met during the last year that have been helping to raise funds to get the new site built! We did it! Thank you!
7-21-11 REMAX/ Blue Claws
I threw out the first pitch at the Blue Claws Game tonight for REMAX! It was so much fun!
We were in the middle of a heat wave and the temperature was 98 but that didnot stop everyone from helping to celebrate the work REMAX does with the Childrens Miracle Network! The Blue Claws mascot Buster kept the crowd going and my Mom and I got our picture taken with "Porkroll!" I spent the niight with Jillian thanking as many agents as I could.It was really a great time!!
7-19-11 Eagle Ridge Golf Course
Tonight was the anniversary of when I met some very special people from my Hospital at last years event! I've been so lucky to spend the last year being part of their fundraising and awareness efforts. So many people from the hospital are like family to me!
6-26-11 Six Flags Walk in the Park
This was really a fun day! I met so many families that had been helped by local Children's Hospitals. Mr G, the weatherman from WPIX television started the event and he kept things rolling! After the walk we were able to stay in the park and enjoy the rides and attractions!
6-23-11 Marriot/ Fiddlers Elbow Golf Outing
This golf outing was truly amazing! It was sponsored by New York and New Jersey Marriott's and the food was Incredible! They had the most incredible desserts and a brick fired pizza oven on wheels! I met a comedian named Matt Kazam who was the Master of Ceremonies for the auction items and also on tour with the "Last Comic Standing." I was honored to sing for the participants as they enjoyed their lunch.
6-18-11 Miss New Jersey Pagaent
Since the Childrens Miracle Network is the platform for the Miss America pagaent I was invited to attend the Miss NJ Pagaent in Ocean City. It was an amazing experience to see so many young college women together in a pageant atmosphere. They were all so talented and beautiful!!
6-17-11 REMAX- Somerset Patriots Game
Tonight I threw out the first pitch at the Somerset Patriots game for REMAX Realty. My Mom got to relax while I greeted the REMAX agents with our host, Jillian. We are big Yankees fans so it was a huge bonus to find out Sparky Lyle was the coach and Greg Nettles' son plays third base for the team.
6-8-11 Sams Club and Walmart Edison
Today I was the guest at a regional meeting at Sams Club in Edison. There were managers from a few Walmarts and Sams Clubs in the area. I got to share my story with them and thank them for everything they do to raise money to help Children like me. I really love meeting all the employees in the store.
6-3-11 NYC Times Square!
Today was amazing! We went to Manhattan to help A&P Supermarkets kickoff their CMN Campaign. We joined the cast of the broadway play "Memphis" at a southern barbeque in the alley next to the theater. The cast performed a few songs from the play and then the producers of the play sent my Mom and I to see it that night! We went on a backstage tour and met a bunch of incredibly talented actors!
